ROBERT BERNARD HAUSER August 5, 1928 - July 16, 2001 Peacefully, on July 16, 2001, at the St. Boniface Hospital, Robert Bernard Hauser passed away, at the age of 72 years. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years, Yolande; son Laurence and wife Donna Hauser; daughter Paulette and husband Robert Reid; son Mark and wife Susan Hauser; grandchildren, Kyle, Christie, Kelvin, Trevor, Tyler, and Nathan; sisters, Betty and Freda; and many nieces and nephews. Bob served as a machinist at CNR for 30 years. He was a founding and long-standing member of the Dubuc Social Club, where he spent countless hours in support of Catholic Education. Bob was instrumental in the formation of many charitable organizations such as Mission Circle and the Norwood Knights of Columbus Bingo. Bobs fondest memories were spent entertaining family and friends in his cottage at West Hawk Lake. Under the B, Bob will be sadly missed. Prayers were held on Wednesday, July 18, at 7:30 p.m. from Christ the King Church, 847 St. Marys Rd. Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Thursday, July 19, at 10:00 a.m., also from Christ the King Church, with Fr. Renato officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102 - 310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6.
